Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who will process orders, manage order entries, provide quotes, and handle pricing. This role involves frequent telephone communication with customers and following up on orders via email.
Responsibilities
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Manage order entries in the system
Provide quotes and handle pricing inquiries
Communicate frequently with customers over the telephone
Follow up on orders via email to ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Skills
5 years of experience in customer service
Proficient in data entry
Experience working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Work Environment
This position is fully on-site with working hours from 8am to 4:30pm. You will be reporting directly to your supervisor. The work environment is supportive and provides an opportunity to work for a well-known company with personable direct reports.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
