Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for performing monthly reconciliation of non-sponsored accounts. Develop and generate SAP/BW Analysis financial reports and files and verify budget and expenditures to ensure compliance with university and/or agency policies, regulations and restrictions.

• Prepare non-payroll cost transfers to move expenses to correct accounts as needed.

What you will have:

• Knowledge and skill in Excel, Access, and SAP a plus.

• On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area.

• Knowledge of accounting and budgeting theory and practices.
