Robert Half Administrative Assistant to HR Dept. in Baltimore, Maryland

Description

We are offering an employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant in our Housing Association located in BALTIMORE, Maryland. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks to support the HR department's daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in job posting and recruitment processes

• Handle reception duties, managing incoming calls and correspondence

• Execute high-volume administrative projects with efficiency

• Maintain HR data integrity by accurate filing and record-keeping

• Utilize ADP HRB system for various HR processes (training will be provided)

• Provide technical assistance for HR system enhancements

• Collaborate effectively with the HR team to ensure smooth operations

• Use Office Suite for various administrative tasks

• Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and policies

• Provide support in scanning and other document management tasks.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Housing Association industry

• Proficiency in using ADP HRB software

• Proficiency in using Office Suite, including Word Processor, Spreadsheet, and Presentation software

• Experience in performing receptionist duties such as answering phone calls and managing appointments

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
