A day in the life of a Caregiver Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and celebrating a community of caregivers, unsurpassed in Maryland for warmth, professionalism and reliability. You will cultivate strong relationships with our caregivers starting from the hiring process and extending throughout their time with Tribute.

This will be done by:

  • Assisting with the interview and hiring process for new Caregiver Associates

  • Coordinating and participating in new-hire orientation and ongoing caregiver trainings

  • Establishing consistent communication and developing strong, trusting relationships with caregivers

  • Evaluating and celebrating successes

  • Supporting an unparalleled employment experience through p roviding compassionate day-to-day support, coaching and development

    The role will involve travel to our Baltimore Office to attend team meetings and to facilitate Caregiver orientation 1-2 times a week. Additionally, it will involve travel to meet and visit with caregivers in the community. When this person is not attending in-person meetings or visiting caregivers in the community, they have the flexibility to work from home.

    This person is not required to have experience in home care. This role would be a great fit for someone experienced in education, hospitality, retail or restaurant management that is looking to do meaningful, mission-driven work, and to grow professionally.

    Here's what the ideal candidate will bring to Tribute:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

  • At least one year of previous leadership experience

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption based on medical or religious reasons

  • Unwavering, passionate commitment to the caregiver experience and service excellence
