We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team! This role will have primary responsibilities in Healthcare Operations FP&A supporting the Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing lines of business. You will be a proactive and creative problem solver with a strong knowledge of financial concepts, who will play a key role in enhancing management’s understanding of financial results and aiding decision making through your well-articulated communications and analytical skills.

This role is mostly onsite at our corporate office location in Catonsville, Maryland.

How you will make an impact

• Conduct financial analysis and complex modeling necessary to promote efficient financial operations, and implement new initiatives for the service line

• Consult with business areas to determine analytical needs, business requirements and reporting

• Produce business results tracking, analysis, and reporting inclusive of metrics and benchmarks, variance to plan, trends, and potential risks and opportunities for the service line

• Champion the reporting and analysis of KPIs to allow for the measurement of financial and non-financial performance drivers

• Help develop visualizations to make sophisticated analyses accessible to a broad audience

• Participate in the semi-annual forecast and annual operating budget processes

• Support leadership with ad-hoc specialized analyses and solution development

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $60,000 annually.

What you will need

• Four-year degree in finance, accounting, business or economics; experience in lieu of education may be considered

• At least 2 years of experience with superior quantitative skills and analytical abilities

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with business case analysis and financial model development preferred
