We're staffing an ongoing temp role with a Labor & Employment law firm in Baltimore. If you are ready to hit the ground running and prove your legal skills, this is the role for you! Don't wait to apply, this role can start as soon as tomorrow!

Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries with utmost discretion, care and accuracy

• Answer and triage incoming calls

• redlining and proofreading of documents

• Assist attorneys with their case files or basic filing

• Draft routine legal correspondence if needed

• Accurately and promptly perform administrative tasks as assigned

• Ensure accurate maintenance of attorney and case calendars

• Approach all clients and employees with a positive tone and genuine warmth.

• Basic admin duties such as scanning & copying

  Requirements

• Excellent communication, customer service, and administrative assistance skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, inbound calls, document drafting, and scheduling.

• Experience with legal research, case preparation, legal correspondence, and case management.

• Familiarity with electronic and traditional court filing systems and labor law.
