Job Title: Production Operations Manager

Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the makeup area to ensure smooth production operations while maintaining a focus on safety, sanitation, and quality. Your duties will include coordinating with previous shift supervisors, monitoring the production floor, addressing employee issues, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols. Key responsibilities include managing employee callouts, ensuring production aligns with schedules and quality standards, conducting walkthroughs of the makeup floor, resolving employee issues, and documenting all relevant activities and observations.
