Purpose of Role

Under Armour is seeking a smart, dynamic, self-motivated and passionate individual to join and grow with our fast-paced North America Team Division. The Sr. Lead, Licensing role will be responsible for all commercial efforts across our licensees within the team division inclusive of account relationhips, marketplace management, distribution, sales, licensing revenue, presentations to external accounts and internal sales teams and contract negotiations with licensees.

Your Impact

• Manage all phases of commercial responsibilities related to team licensing partnerships in collegiate fanwear, green grass golf, uniforms, headwear, protective

• Ownership of GTM strategy and execution with external customers and internal sales teammates

• Oversight of royalty revenue and payments in conjunction with finance partner

• Collaboration with internal cross functional teammates in regional merchandising, marketing, global licensing, finance and legal

• Conduit between product and merchandising and licensing partners relative to product and line architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree.

• 10+ years’ experience in Sales partnership management working with national accounts

• Determination to help UA continue to be the industry leader.

• Identify business opportunities and risks with the ability to develop appropriate strategies to address each

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• High-level skills with database/spreadsheet programs, SAP and MS Office.

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.

  • Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

  • Travel: 20%

Base Compensation

$138,706.00 - $190,720.20 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
