Job Description- IT Support Specialist

Position Overview: Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a new challenge? With at least 4 years of experience, you will excel in managing Office 365, Windows 11, and endpoint imaging. We need someone who is organized, self-managed, and capable of executing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional help desk and desktop support.

• Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 and Windows 11 environments.

• Perform endpoint imaging and deployment.

• Apply basic networking and security principles.

• Set up and manage Active Directory accounts and file permissions.

• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Maintain organization and self-management to ensure task completion.
