About This Role

As a Facility and EHS Manager, you will be responsible for the facility management and effective implementation of the Environment, Health and Safety Management Systems (EHSMS). This includes planning and delivery of facility maintenance, minor works, managing special property & facility projects and ensuring a safety-first culture.

This role will be based in our Multi-Purpose Training Centre in Brunei.

The role we are offering you

• Develop and maintain EHSMS and Facility Management Systems, ensuring they remain efficient, compliant and effective

• Directing, coordinating and planning essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving etc.

• Project managing, supervising and coordinating contractors on site

• Lead the EHS management review and other reviews as directed by laws, policy and contracts.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Extensive experience in workplace, health and safety regulations and best practices

• Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and business planning as well as contract monitoring

• Confidence in supporting and interacting with senior executives and Board members

• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite
