About This Role

The Quality Systems Manager will be accountable for the implementation, effectiveness and oversight of the governance, risk and compliance of the overall quality management and compliance management systems.

You will ensure that data and document control (DCC) functions effectively and efficiently, whilst working with various levels of the organisation to create and maintain a culture that empowers employees to comply and optimise day-to-day practices.

This role will be based at our Multi-Purpose Training Centre in Brunei.

The role we are offering you

• Manage and maintain formal certification, registrations or approvals (e.g. EASA)

• Define and plan audit programs including any compliance reviews or assessments

• Ensure governance frameworks are established and implemented to be efficient and effective

• Manage, maintain and ensure reporting requirements are met

• Identify, drive and manage Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence

Our ideal candidate has:

• Competency or equivalent experience in audits and compliance – preferably trained in ISO 19011 or similar

• Strong knowledge with various working standards such as ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001, ITAR, Export control, EASA, UKCAA etc

• Knowledge in continuous improvement or change management models such as CMMI models, six sigma, lean, etc
