We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the company. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Forklift: Safely operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, and stack products.
• Build Inventory: Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate counts and proper stock levels.
• Light Assembly: Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
• Punch Press Operator: Operate and maintain a punch press machine to produce parts according to specifications and quality standards.
• Kits, Filling Bags & Boxes: Assemble kits and fill bags/boxes according to specifications.
• Prepares Orders: Accurately prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing products.
• Shipping/Receiving: Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.
• Computer Skills: Utilize shipping programs and other computer applications to manage inventory and orders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping programs.
• Ability to operate a forklift (certification is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
