Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem HR Admin in Bardstown, Kentucky


1. Administrative Support:
o Assist with maintaining HR records, files, and databases
o Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employee handbooks
o Handle incoming inquiries and requests from employees and external parties

2. Recruitment Assistance:
o Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
o Assist with posting job openings on company website and other platforms
o Help maintain applicant tracking system and candidate files
o Assist with reference checks and background screenings

3. Onboarding and Offboarding:
o Assist with new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics
o Coordinate offboarding activities for departing employees, including exit interviews and documentation

4. Employee Relations Support:
o Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
o Assist with employee recognition programs and events
o Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication and support

5. HR Projects and Initiatives:
o Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
o Assist with organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities

Quals--
* Strongly prefer experience in an HR internship, payroll administration, or similar role
* Previous experience in a union environment is a plus
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
