Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for assisting with reactionary maintenance, proactive maintenance, and the installation of new equipment. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the seamless operation of various machinery and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance on injection molding machines.

  • Conduct conveyor maintenance, repairs, and complete belt replacements.

  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps and hoses.

  • Use ladder logic to debug PLC systems.

  • Repair and maintain robotics, especially 6-axis robotics.

  • Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

  • Conduct electrical maintenance, including working with 480V systems, schematic reading, rewiring, and pulling wire.

  • Maintain and repair pneumatic systems, including filters, leaks, cylinders, and seals.

  • Maintain chiller and air dryer systems.

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks.

Essential Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in maintenance or electrical work.

  • Degree in Maintenance or Electrical fields.

  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

  • Proficiency in electrical work, including 480V systems.

  • Knowledge of robotics and PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in plastics manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.

  • Familiarity with Allen-Bradley systems.

  • Experience with preventive maintenance and various machinery types.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00
