Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Support maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to provide a reliable production platform. Perform predictive and preventative maintenance as provided by management. Responsibilities include machine repair, including electrical and robotic equipment, supporting Kaizen and other related activities, PLC troubleshooting and programming, and running and teaching robots and robotic equipment. You will also use various computer/software applications including basic Microsoft Office applications, RS Logix programming software, Factory Talk View for panel views, Micrologix, RS Logix 5000, Mitsubishi A Series, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on production equipment.

• Repair machines, including electrical and robotic equipment.

• Support Kaizen and other related activities.

• Troubleshoot and program PLCs.

• Run and teach robots and robotic equipment.

• Use computer/software applications such as Microsoft Office, RS Logix programming software, Factory Talk View, Micrologix, RS Logix 5000, and Mitsubishi A Series.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience that includes both mechanical and electrical tasks.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with PLC troubleshooting.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience running and teaching robotics.

• Experience with electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Intermediate to advanced electrical training certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience programming A/B processors is a plus.

• Experience with 480V and a range of electrical voltages.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field is highly preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced electrical training certifications are highly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $86736.00 - $89856.00

Highest paying Maintenance job in the area:

$41.12hr before shift differential ($1.50)
