Direct Hire

$67-86k

*Potential for 1-2 remote days per week once fully trained in

*Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

*Routine travel will be minimal, but intermittent periods of travel may be required including the potential for international travel

Kelly is seeking a Sales Analyst to work with our international manufacturing client on a direct hire basis at their production facility in Barnwell, SC. The Sales Analyst will:

  • Gather and analyze data from internal and external

  • Monitor market data to learn trends, share movement, and competitive developments

  • Create an Executive summary of insights and key changes for share development

  • Review sales data to identify trends, patterns, customer-specific issues, and areas for improvement

  • Compare actual sales data to sales and revenue forecasts and budgets

  • Develop sales demand plan based on customer POS data, historical performance, and market trends

  • Develop and maintain accurate reporting tools using data from internal and external sources

  • Create weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance

  • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing managers, mediating between teams and business stakeholders

  • Lead monthly customer insight meetings, forecasting customer demand using quantitative data analysis and market intelligence to predict sales trends and inform inventory decisions

  • Leverage sales data and insights to create meaningful KPIs, sales goals, and performance metrics

  • Help to identify and remove bottlenecks to increase overall organizational efficiencies

  • Work cross-functionally with global and local critical teammates.

  • Work to shadow the Life Cycle Manager for long-term development

Qualifications:

  • Business degree

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in planning, finance, or data management

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and the ability to interpret complex datasets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • SAP experience highly desirable

  • Experience with vendor portals, specifically Home Depot and Lowes preferred, but not required

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Knowledge of forecasting, supply chain management, and inventory management

  • Organization and time management skills

  • Experienced in utilizing various software systems for sales and project management

  • Must interface with others at all levels, from executive to hourly
