Physical Therapist - Home Health Care

A leading home health provider in Basking Ridge, NJ (07920) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent position. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Compensation:

• $42-$49 per hour (based on experience)

• Mileage reimbursement: $0.60/mile

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling between 8/9am-4/5pm

• Self-managed schedule based on patient availability

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive home-based evaluations

• Develop personalized treatment plans

• Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises

• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants

• Provide patient and family education

• Monitor and adjust treatment plans

• Apply pain management techniques

• Maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare team

Qualifications:

• Active NJ Physical Therapy license

• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle

• Experience with geriatric patients

• 2 years home health experience preferred (New grads welcome)
