Here, you'll discover the rigor it takes to make a difference and the fulfillment that comes with living the #NetworkLife.

Verizon and AWS have a long-standing strategic partnership that has cultivated deep integration expertise and joint innovation success in the marketplace. The partnership reached a major milestone when Verizon and AWS together built the world's first 5G network edge computing platform with AWS Wavelength. Today, enterprises and developers in Gaming, Sports, and Broadcast Media use the platform to deploy applications that require low latency, direct access security, and edge data resiliency.

As the AWS GTM Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a joint Go-To-Market strategy with AWS to accelerate revenue for the public and private edge portfolio, including AWS Wavelength and Private MEC. In this role you will lead the collaboration for the positioning of Public & Private Edge Opportunities with customers and strategic partners. This role will also advocate for Private Edge capabilities / use cases to accelerate existing and develop new P5G opportunities, leveraging the AWS Outpost portfolio in conjunction with our Private 5G from Ericsson, Nokia and Celona.

This role demands a very high degree of executive relationship building, tri-party motions, crafting of Strategic Collaboration Agreements, negotiation and grass-roots funnel development (joint marketing campaigns, champion building and pipeline generation.) The role carries a $MM+ revenue target for AWS Wavelength. You will own and represent the funnel and forecast.

The candidate's ability to develop comprehensive internal/external governance motions and deliver executive level readouts will contribute to success of the program.

  • A successful track record of driving growth in alliance partnerships

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, while balancing multiple, highly complex, cross-functional projects/initiatives of varying priority

  • Ability to drive a large, cross-functional team to consensus including at the executive level

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in developing business cases

  • Superior conceptual, organizational, written and oral communication, problem-solving, decision making and presentation skills.
