Their extensive reach and solidified position in the market underscore our commitment to accessible, high-quality wireless solutions across diverse retail environments.

  • Visible: Visible, as a standalone brand family, caters to the digitally-savvy, single-line customers who prefer streamlined, online-first interactions. This brand is a testament to our adaptability, embracing the digital evolution of customer engagement.

  • Simple Mobile: Carving out a niche of its own, Simple Mobile shines as the premier choice among authorized resellers. Its consistent recognition as the most carried brand in Wave7 Research's prepaid dealer survey for 36 consecutive quarters speaks volumes about its popularity and reliability.

What you'll be doing:

The Sr. Manager, Channel Performance Management is responsible for ensuring brand performance objectives are met and exceeded within each sales channel. This role is critical in delivering on Value business priorities by keeping our Distribution leads informed, prepared and delivering at the highest caliber.

This team is responsible for coordination with strategy, operations, frontline, and other cross-functional teams. This is a highly visible role that requires strong prioritization, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills as you will identify obstacles, devise / implement creative solutions, provide insightful/actionable updates & ultimately ensure success. Requires the ability to persuade others in sensitive and complex situations, while preserving relationships. Accountable for the performance and results of a division/teams. Applies knowledge to convince other stakeholders on desired departmental outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Distribution leads to define optimal channels and channel mix for Verizon Prepaid, Total by Verizon, Straight Talk, Walmart Family Mobile, Simple Mobile, and Tracfone.

  • Partner with Distribution leads to identify opportunities and improve performance of existing channels including Digital, Call Centers, Stores, and National Retailers

  • Track BV vs actuals per brand and channel to understand gaps and implement corrective actions

  • Translates functional plans into operational processes and guides execution.

  • Track submetrics including traffic, calls and clicks, and conversion rates to understand true performance of each channel.

  • Closely partner with Postpaid Sales & Care teams to bring best practices from postpaid into prepaid brands and channels

  • Ensure Brands have the right training, comp and positioning in all sales & support channels

  • Acts as an advisor and guides others in resolving complex issues.

  • Interface with Distribution leads to surface issues impacting field performance and develop solutions

  • Collaborate with Brand & Distribution leads to align on best lead/hero device promos and pricing promos in each sale channel for Verizon Prepaid, Total by Verizon, Straight Talk, Walmart Family Mobile, Simple Mobile, and Tracfone

  • Own channel launch timeline and planning for new promos/pricing and initiatives to launch on time with right merchandising

  • Partner with Brand leads and marketing to create a local market launch plan when the specific market has reached 60% store coverage

Where you'll be working...

In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience

  • Proven experience demonstrating results in strategic planning, business development and execution

  • Experience Managing and improving performance of digital and/or assisted channels

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Must have strong leadership abilities, able to engage and influence team and external partners including distribution leads

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.

  • Strong project management skills, multitasking is vital to success

  • Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.

  • Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).

  • The ability to influence without direct authority.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $131,000.00 and $243,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
