ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receptionist duties (answer phone, greet guest, maintain Visitor Log)
Maintain Milk Receipts and Bulk Sales
Maintain Monthly Processing Loss Report
Verify and close previous day’s production jobs in Ross
Track & Report Inventory Adjustments
Process Vendor Invoices in AP Smart
Prepare and distribute Weekly Production Report
Maintain weekly KPI Scorecard
Provide backup and assistance to the Cost Accounting Manager with various month-end responsibilities and tasks/projects
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook.
Must be detail oriented and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Associates degree and/or 3 years in a related field is required.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday 7AM – 3:30PM
COMPENSATION
- Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour*
*The hourly rate as indicated in the CBA. The posted pay rate reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components of the total rewards package may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
