Job Description

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 (based upon experience)

Position Summary:

Support the evaluation, validation, and documentation of new and existing processes.

Responsible for released machines, tools, and processes Provide process documentation (work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, etc.) Lead cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagrams Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential changes in production methods Drive continuous improvement of existing processes to reduce waste

Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Engineering 3-5 years manufacturing experience Must be able to work in a team setting Experience with automated machinery Analytical, able to solve complex technical problems Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings PFMEA, PFD, and control plan experience
