Shift 1 (United States of America) TheWarehouse Associate's responsibility is to receive, input, sort, load and unload products as well as perform various warehouse and receiving activities. This position receives shipments and fulfills orders, keeps track of inventory, ships orders to manufacturing, and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and receiving space. Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, crate, pack, wrap, label, and ship). Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for daily cycle counts. Organize stocks and maintain inventory. Daily use of overhead cranes to load and unload large inventory. Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document any instances Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments. Organize warehouse and receiving space. Print and deliver daily net changes Receive, unload and put away incoming inventory items appropriately. Check, verify, and fill manufacturing needs. Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations. Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing and receiving procedures. Keep warehouse and receiving clean and organized daily. Operates forklifts and heavy machinery needed to transport large items around the plant. Delivers orders to production. Addresses and resolves any shipment or delivery errors. Updates management or supervisor on the status of inventory, shipments, and deliveries. Print and deliver tags orders for production Gather and replenish production inventory books Pick production inventory books daily Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Skills/Experience: Proven experience in Warehouse/Receiving would be a plus. Must be a Team player with organizational skills. Basic math and computer skills. Education: High school education or equivalent.
