Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a diligent Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with supporting or individually resolving issues related to electronic product safety and manufacturing production processes. You will take complete ownership of 8 out of 16 special processes within the plant and actively participate in product development projects in the New Product Introduction (NPI) lab. Your responsibilities will also include researching, planning, and implementing manufacturing process improvements or new processes, refining and cost-reducing manufacturing processes and products. You will participate in and lead trainings on IPC standards, and support and lead projects with the goal of digitizing work instructions plant-wide.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Batesburg, South Carolina.

Work Environment

This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role may require some travel to other manufacturing sites or supplier sites.
