McDonald's Multi-Unit Area Supervisor in BATESVILLE, Mississippi

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. Description:

We are a family-owned McDonald's franchise in the North Mississippi area looking for a skilled, high-energy, multi-unit Area Supervisor for multiple restaurants.

The Area Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and direction through people development and outstanding restaurant operations to maximize sales and profitability. The candidate consistently demonstrates leadership and expertise in

McDonald's brand values and systems to build positive relationships with General Managers, team members, customers, and suppliers. the candidate is responsible for coaching the overall operational activities of the restaurants, working together with General Managers to achieve results.

The Area Supervisor supervises the General Managers to achieve operational results; uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness; achieve health department standards; and provide timely execution of new initiatives, products, and equipment launches. The candidate ensures that financial performance of each restaurant in sales and

profitability within McDonald’s norms. The Area Supervisor analyzes sales trends; identifies sales patterns and opportunities for sales growth; implements programs to build sales through promotional or operational programs; completes monthly cash and security audits; uses necessary corrective action when policies are not being followed; ensures safety and security of restaurant personnel and assets; completes operations review on restaurants monthly.

Responsibilities

Ensure restaurants are compliant with McDonald’s and franchise operational and company policies, working in an effective and efficient manner.

Participate in the staffing process, from hiring,

onboard, training and promotion.

Develop General Managers.

Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Review operational reports, analyzing and monitoring action plans to improve any areas that are not performing up to standards.

Must be able to multi-task and have efficient time management skills.

Regular travel is expected between restaurants to support the management teams.

Strong verbal and written skills necessary to communicate throughout all levels of the organization.

Food service and food safety experience required.

Requirements:

McDonald’s experience.

Hamburger University graduate.

Must possess a positive “can do” attitude and be able to solve problems.

Comfortable and familiar with restaurant technology and applications related to purchasing, scheduling, food safety, customer satisfaction and restaurant operations

Ability to make our guests feel welcomed, valued, and
