Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians. This role supports the production team as the mechanical expert in a millwright type of responsibility, ensuring that all production and support equipment are functioning properly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on motors, conveyor systems, filling equipment, and other industrial machinery.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.

• Conduct basic electrical duties such as replacing motors, switches, and photoelectric sensors with support from industrial electricians or PLC programmers for complex situations.

• Perform package changeovers on production lines as required.

• Support the team in all aspects of the operation and provide training to team members on mechanical processes.

• Focus on continuous improvement and maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
