Overview

An HES custodian plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of school facilities, ensuring every school day runs smoothly and students can focus on learning. In addition to regular building maintenance functions, the school custodian provides direct support to classroom teachers in set up and maintenance of furniture and equipment.

Job Skills / Requirements

State Licensed Master Plumber/Natural Gas Fitter

( anyone interested must be available 7 days ) on call when needed.

Will have a set schedule outside of On-call requirements

M-F 6-3pm or 7am-4pm weekends- on call

+ + Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.

• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.

• Follow building plans and blueprints.

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems

Optional daily pay

• 3k sign on bonus

• Medical after 60days

• Starting pay$35.00-$50.00 hour.
