Come learn more about WestRock Paper Mill! We are looking for an Assistant Boiler Operating Engineer.

What you will be:

• The Asst. Boiler with a required NIULPE Class 4 Power Engineer License who will be responsible for assisting with overall Boiler Operation and control the water filtration process.

What to expect:

• Able to trouble shoot semi-automated water production equipment.

Proficient with Distributed Control Systems.

• Able to perform water quality tests and record on computer databases.

*

Familiar with OSHA and other local safety codes.

• Able to safely operate 12" High Pressure valves.

*

Proficient with Compressed Air Systems

• Must be willing and able to work overtime, nights, and weekends, as needed.

*

Willing and able to work in a nonsmoking environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Delta V Operator Control Screens, alarm systems and HMI touch screen applications.

Experience ADT Fire Alarm or similar systems.

• Experience and proven ability with AC and DC drives for fan, pump, and steam applications.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift, push, and pull, up to 50 lbs.

Able to climb stairs and ladders, in addition to entering restricted confined spaces.

• Willing and able to work in a nonsmoking environment.
