As a Business Transformation Manager, you will provide comprehensive portfolio and program management overseeing intake initiation, strategic planning and execution of programs through WK Kellogg Co Transformation Office.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Portfolio Management : Assist with prioritization of projects; Regularly review and assess health of portfolio making recommendations for adjustments as needed; Engage with senior leadership communicating portfolio status risk and opportunities

  • Program Design : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and finalize program requirements ensuring the design phase is in alignment with organization goals and objectives

  • Program Initiation : Facilitate the selection and kickoff of individual projects within the program ensuring internal and external stakeholders have clarity on roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

  • Program Execution and Closure : Monitor progress of program and individual projects to ensure they remain on track and within budget to deliver agreed upon outcomes; Manage risk and issues escalating when necessary and ensuring timely resolution; Ensure all individual projects within the program meet closure criteria and deliver a final program report.

  • Change Management : Partner with the Director, Change Management to embed, plan and prioritize needed change management support from the business; Support the delivery of change management initiatives; Communicate change management needs and expectations as well as progress updates to project teams when needed; Spearhead cross-functional teams focused on transformation strategy and projects.

  • Financial Management : Utilize advanced analytical skills to conduct financial modeling and analysis, evaluating potential transformation opportunities

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as project management, business administration, or a relevant field.

  • Enhanced analytical abilities, encompassing financial modeling and analysis for assessing transformation opportunities.

  • Effective collaboration skills to with a diverse range of stakeholders. As well as exceptional interpersonal skills that enable productive working relationships across different teams.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles with strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects or programs from initiation to completion.

  • Proficiency in spearheading cross-functional teams within transformational strategy projects

  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
