Adient, a high-volume automotive supplier is looking for hard working individuals for our Battle Creek, MI plant.  Qualified candidates will have a Journeymen's Card from the Department of Labor in any of the following: Machine Repair, Millwright or Electrician.  Other education, that can be verified may be accepted. Ideal candidates will have the ability to diagnose and repair the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of a wide variety of machines.  Machining skills a plus.

Adient, a high-volume automotive supplier is looking for hard working individuals for our Battle Creek, MI plant.  Qualified candidates will have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment in Machine Repair, Millwright or Electrician role.  Ideal candidates will have the ability to diagnose and repair the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of a wide variety of machines.  Machining skills a plus. 

Candidates must be willing to work overtime, have a solid attendance record, must be able to stand for 12 hours.  Candidates must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen and background check    

Hourly Rate- $33.20 *1/27/2025, wage increases to $33.86

Shift Premium- $0.65

Raises- $0.25 raise every 6 months for 3 years, yearly raises after you reach top rate

Shift- 2^nd^ 145p-945p

Medical Insurance- effective 91^st^ day of employment

Dental Insurance- after 6 months of service

401K- available immediately, the Company matches $0.50 on the dollar up to 2.5%
