The Role:

DieStampco Inc. Is looking for a talented individual interested in the art of tool and die making. This individual will be working on the following types of tools:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Urethane casting and machining for reverse engineering of tool and part supports.
• D. Grinding of silicone rollers.
• Surface grinding of silicone sheets.

Interested individuals must meet these key knowledge and programing qualifications:

• Mastercam and Artcam experience with 3 axis vertical machining centers
• Haas
• Hurco
• Prototrak
• Extensive knowledge of Prototrak 2-axis systems

This individual will also need these minimum qualifications:

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, moving from various machines
• Prepping material
• Ability to keep machines clean and tidy work area(s) everyday sweeping and wiping down of machines

DieStampco Inc. is willing to look at applicants that are in trade school or thinking of trade school. We are willing to look at applicants that are hard workers with little experience. Can assist in paying for various training to the right applicant -- Mastercam school -- Delta Education etc. to help further applicant along in professional development.

• Shop is airconditioned in summer / radiant heat in winter
• Two, 10-minute breaks allowed, along with a 30-minute lunch time
• Small shop environment- no multiple levels of management to work through
• No Cell phones allowed on shop floor. May only be used at break times.
