Job Overview:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a dynamic, compassionate clinician who will join a strong, clinically based multidisciplinary team in treating children, adolescents, adults, and/or their families in a supportive, trauma-informed outpatient setting.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) delivers direct clinical services such as individual, group, or family psychotherapy, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services and serves as a metal health consultant.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Masters degree in Social Work

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Certifications and Licenses Required:

  • Current NJ LCSW/LCADC license

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift working, 9:00 7:00pm each day

  • Monday-Thursday

  • FT

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver clinical services such as individual, group, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services and consultation

  • Delivers direct clinical services such as Individual, Group, or Family Psychotherapy, couple counseling, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services and serves as a metal health consultant

  • Service delivery reflects all relevant age/developmental considerations

  • Participates in all crisis intervention, crisis management action per the programs policies and procedures

  • Develops comprehensive history on the patient, including psychosocial development, current functioning, presenting problem, and history of treatment, through interviews with the patient, family and/or significant others

  • Develops written, comprehensive, psychosocial assessments based on the patient s history and relative to the presenting problems, reflecting age/developmental considerations

  • Responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and documentation, in a timely fashion of initial interdisciplinary treatment plans

  • Attends weekly supervision

  • Takes an active role in learning

  • Participates/presents in case conferences

  • Takes responsibility for professional growth and development through on-going participation in educational programs on-site and off-site, including Mentor and clinically supervise LSW s and students, as per license requirements and field instructions

  • Meets customer satisfaction goals
