Maintain plant safety and conduct audits to ensure that the plant is complying with the safety requirements for Electric Resistance Welding ( ERW) and coating of pipes ; Conduct root cause analysis to analyze cause of delays and implement improvement solutions; Use human machine interfacing, PLC Network and communication and PLC programming to perform preventive and predictive maintenance planning ; Prepare standard procedures for maintenance work, safety interlocks and improvisation of machines to improve productivity and performance of machines; Estimate machine repair costs and recommend cost saving methods to improve machine performance; Review production reports, purchase order, material and tools lists.
