Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Freezer Order Selection Team Lead/Trainer to join our team at humano. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday shift from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. The hourly pay rate for this role is $23.

PLEASE NOTE-THIS IS NOT A TRAVEL TEAM POSITION-CANDIDATES MUST LIVE LOCAL

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in freezer order selection is required.

• Proven experience in a team lead or training role.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a team of warehouse staff in the freezer order selection process.

• Train new team members on proper order picking procedures and safety guidelines.

• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

• Maintain a clean and organized freezer warehouse space.

• Collaborate with management to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

• Uphold safety standards and regulations at all times.
