Here's what you'd do: The Funding Reconciliation Specialist-AP is responsible for identifying current and prospective clients who work with VMS systems, determining the best funding method, educating external clients and internal employees on funding processes, and assisting in completing true-ups routinely to ensure accuracy. Pull files from assigned VMS systems daily. Identify how best to utilize VMS systems for funding and accurate up processes and documents for execution. Identify, recommend, and implement strategies through these systems to management. Work closely with Service and Implementation teams on prospects using VMS systems. Maintains metrics related to these systems. Other tasks as assigned. Here's what you'll get: Starting Pay: $18/hr. Hours: 40 hours/week. M-F. 8:30AM-5PM Length: Temp (12 Months). Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Associate Degree. Minimum of 1 year experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Good research skills. Finance or Accounting background. Technical Savvy. Problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
