NEW STARTING RATE: $17.26/hr. up to $21.57 depending on experience
SIGN-ON BONUS: up to $3,000
SHIFT: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-diem, Days, Evenings, Nights

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for many patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and procedures and follow departmental policies and procedures
Deliver direct care to patients through patient care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.
Follow the direction and instructions given by the RN or LPN in charge.
Maintain patient comfort and safety as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards
Assist residents with daily tasks, and take care of personal needs of residents
Additional tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Current New York State Nurses Aide Certification required
Experience in long-term care preferred
Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
Strong customer service skills and compassion
