Open Interviews held Tuesday each week. Please arrive between 1pm-3pm.This is a manufacturing setting where customers visit. You must be dressed in long pants, closed toed shoes and have on a shirt with sleeves. If you do not meet these requirements, you will be turned away and asked to come back the following week in the required attire.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operates any one of various machines in order to perform a certain process to the material

• Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines

• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion

• Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery

• Performs a variety of complicated tasks

REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Knowledge of a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures

• Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

• Ability to work under general supervision

• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment

• Ability to complete formal training in area of specialty

• Ability to handle all 9 mold stations

• Wide degree of creativity and latitude

Your Education Should Be…

High School Education or GED preferred

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

INTERACTION:

• Works with leaderman/supervisor

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Must be able to work inside

REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) WHILE IN THE SHOPS

• Safety Glasses

• Steel Toe Shoes

• Ear Plugs

• Gloves (when needed)

• Air Supplied Hood

• Tyvek Coveralls (optional)

• Sports Belt (optional)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Walking

• Standing

• Using hands

• Bending

• Lifting

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• 6 months or more in an Industrial/Manufacturing Environment

• Experience working with fiberglass
