Membership Rep - Beaumont, TX

Part-time, 12 hrs/wk

HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Membership Sales Representative to join our team at the Christus HWC in Beaumont, Texas. In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

What you'll be doing

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.

• Meet and exceed sales goals as set by the Customer Service Manager, Finance Manager, and General Manager.

• Participate in monthly team sales calls to share best practices, improve processes, and develop sales skills.

• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.

• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 60 days of hire.

• A passion for helping people live healthier lives.

• Ability to be a team player and work well with others.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

• Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.).

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

This position pays $9.00 per hour.
