Job Summary:

The Intermediate Equipment Operator will operate a variety of equipment, trucks and tractors for the purpose of street and utility repair, maintenance, and construction of facilities.

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $26.00 - $33.50 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

  • Four fixed - 10 hours days with the possibility of overtime

  • Skill Level: Intermediate with Class A or B (CDL required)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of equipment and vehicles for the purpose of street and u&lity repair, maintenance, snow removal and facility upkeep of the Metro District en&&es.

  • Provide year-round rou&ne maintenance for roads throughout the resort.

  • Winter du&es include u&lizing skid steers, fork li4s, loaders and backhoes for snow removal.

  • Summer du&es include repair and maintenance of signs and guard rails, pain&ng and crack sealing

  • Perform un-skilled, semi-skilled and skilled labor in support of normal work ac&vi&es such as using shovels, rakes, jackhammers, power tools, mowers, weed whips, etc.

  • Perform maintenance of signs, repairs and general maintenance.

  • Beginner to immediate welding skills.

  • Pick up and deliver a variety of materials such as top soil, road base, asphalt, water and other building maXer.

  • Able to take direc&ons and work as part of a team.

  • AXend Company training classes as required for posi&on.

  • Perform other du&es as required and may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Class A or B CDL - required

  • Clean driving record - required

  • High school diploma or equivalent - required

  • Able to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluently - required • Able to li4 and carry 50 lbs. - required

  • Able to work outdoors in an alpine environment

The expected pay range is $26.00 - $33.50. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
