Beemac Logistics Logistics Credit Manager in Beaver, Pennsylvania

The Credit & Receivables Manager will be responsible for managing credit requests and transactions, performing credit due diligence, risk assessment, and preparation of requisite credit write-ups. They will also be responsible for managing all receivables.

Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary point of contact and processor for credit requests.

· Exercise risk analysis and decision making for credit allotment

· Communicate with employees, agents, managers, customers, and other company personnel to resolve delinquent accounts

· Resolve receivable issues in a timely manner.

· Create and manage an SOP for any past due receivables.

· Process payments and refunds.

· Train managers and employees on current credit procedures and communicate all updates or changes.

Requirements:

· Freight Brokerage experience required.

· Minimum of 3 years experience in credit management or similar role.

· Extensive accounts receivable knowledge.

· Intermediate ability to analyze financial statements.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Comfortability communicating with all levels of management both internally and externally.
