We are currently hiring for an INVENTORY CONTROL TEAM LEADER.

Hours are Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4:30 PM.

The purpose of this position is to manage employees with-in the department and assist in maintaining and distributing parts, products, and supplies included in the Brake Supply inventory. This position will oversee a variety of tasks within the department, including, but not limited to pulling parts and filling work orders, shipping and receiving, stocking parts, preparing and shipping parts, and delivering parts to other departments within the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure parts are pulled and sent to each department as required Ensure parts from warehouse are delivered to customer in timely fashion Ensure all team members are trained and perform to company standards Ensure all shipments are shipped properly and cost effectively Create and manage receiving, warehousing and distribution processes and procedures Ensure department is staff properly, depending on work load Conduct performance reviews twice a year for all team members Ensure all parts/products are stored properly and in correct areas

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE - 5+ years experience in similar position.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem solving, conflict resolution skills a must History of managing large departments/personnel Excellent organizational and planning skills Strong computer skills and ability to interpret work instructions Overtime may be needed based on job demands
