Robert Half is looking for an efficient and reliable data Entry Clerk for one of our local clients. If you are a skilled typist with impeccable attention to detail, and if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.

• Identify and correct data errors and comb through any needed changes.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security policies.

• Prepare and sort documents, identify and interpret data to be entered.

• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.

• Test updates of the system as required, provide administrative support.

• Improve system by analyzing current practices and designing modifications

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk.

• Proficient in 10-key data entry (speed and accuracy are essential).

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.

• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.

• Strong ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• High level of personal integrity and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
