Director, Program Manager (Workplace Services)

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s corporate services department for all WS matters

  • Understand the client’s real estate portfolio and strategic campus master plan to drive leading-practice solutions

  • Deliver presentations to key client stakeholders regarding WS initiatives

  • Manage the WS team, including setting goals, assessing performance, and fostering continuous improvement

  • Recommend staffing levels and ensure consistency in service delivery through training and review of deliverables

  • Oversee complex program schedules with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and critical interdependencies

  • Manage risks and issues, taking corrective measures as needed

  • Create, analyze, and reconcile program budgets

  • Coordinate the delivery of monthly and quarterly business reporting and participate in operations meetings

  • Ensure major projects are adequately supported with tactical WS resources

  • Identify, recommend, and implement relevant technology solutions

  • Standardize playbooks, processes, data metrics, and technology across WS functions

  • Measure, monitor, and report cost savings and value-added contributions

  • Establish and monitor the WS service line's budget and revenue

  • Summarize findings and make recommendations for action, including reviewing migration plans and ensuring the project pipeline aligns with long-term plans

  • Evaluate customer requests to ensure alignment with long-term plans and utilization targets

  • Recommend, educate, and enforce space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and incorporate evolving best practices into team operations

  • Collaborate with service partners to ensure seamless communication and integration across functions and stakeholders

  • Strategically anticipate and proactively address issues & downstream impacts

  • Collaborate with peers to ensure holistic success of the program

  • Manage support vendors and external service providers as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Corporate Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Facilities Management; Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate/occupancy planning/workplace operations at a leadership level

  • Strong oral/written communication and client relationship management skills

  • Proven people management skills with a history of high employee satisfaction and engagement

  • Ability to embrace change and ambiguity and rally teams and resources

  • Excellent time management and delegation skills in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Project

  • Experience with managing vendor relationships and support vendors

  • Knowledge of corporate workplace policies/standards, procedures, and protocols

  • Familiarity with data consolidation and visualization tools

  • Understanding of financial metrics and reporting

  • Hybrid Schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
