TEKsystems Hybrid Customer Service Representative in Beaverton, Oregon

Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team at a logistics company in Beaverton, OR.

Job Description:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and ensures timely payments.

  • Manage customer accounts, receiving and accurately posting payments.

  • Collect payments from customers to bring overdue accounts current.

  • Take a proactive approach to working with customers and teams to resolve issues.

  • Research and analyze challenges to help find solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • !+ years of call center experience required.

  • 1-2 years of success working in a billing or call center is strongly preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 6:30am-3pm. Can work from home on Mon, Wed, and Fri after training is complete.
