Job Title: Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operator for our Weekend Day Shift (5am - 5:30pm Fri - Sun) to support the manufacturing of electronics components in a lean manufacturing, high-compliance environment. You will be responsible for using a torque screwdriver to fasten components, using an arbor press to press pins into assemblies, working under a microscope to place and adjust small components, using tweezers for precise component manipulation, performing tasks in a laminar flow hood, and possibly operating a basic test system to gather pass/fail information from assemblies. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to ITAR compliance.

Hard Skills

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Beaverton, Oregon. Lean manufacturing, high-compliance environment. This is an electronics manufacturing facility with both cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas.
