Project Manager, Partner Services

Job Description:

We are searching for an energetic Project Manager with strong accounting expertise who has implemented Sage Intacct, to be part of our Partner Services team! In this role, you will work with new and experienced partners providing professional services in onboarding and enablement strategies, and support new partners successfully design and implement Sage Intacct for their end customers. This is an opportunity to define project scope, design solutions and review partner implementations deliverables while focusing on partner excellence and customer success. You should be a CPA, and have consulting experience. This role will develop and support educational programs to foster partner success, and work with various teams in the Channel, Customer Support, Sales, Product Management and International teams for Sage Intacct.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple partners simultaneously to successfully manage and implement the Sage Intacct solution for the partner’s end customer following our prescriptive implementation methodology resulting in customer satisfaction, and successful customer adoption

  • Work with various International Sage Intacct teams and geographies where Sage Intacct is implemented and utilized

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Sage Intacct solution including expertise implementing the assigned solution areas, especially around the Services and General Business vertical

• Stay current with the quarterly product features and enhancements

• Effectively research and respond to partner implementation support cases as assigned

• Develop and deliver content for Partner Office Hours on a quarterly basis

• Develop and update accounting focused programs and materials that will enable partners globally

• Manage partner programs, developing, updating the programs as needed and in accordance with partner community needs

Qualifications:

CPA certification strongly preferred

  • Ability to configure and implement the following Sage Intacct modules: CORE modules including Order Entry, Purchasing and Spend Management; Fixed Assets; Dimension Relationships

• Strong reporting Sage Intacct skills and ability to create and develop Sage Intacct reports using the Custom report writer and Financial report writer

  • Familiarity with key areas in the Services and General Business vertical

• Consulting background

• Process oriented mindset; ability to build and effectively drive processes

• Strong Excel, Powerpoint skills

• Sage Intacct certified a plus
