Nike Purpose Business Operations Specialist (GameOn Program) in Beaverton, Oregon

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Purpose Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have background in operations and project management, understanding of end to end (product to consumer) process, and passion for purpose product. They should have an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable with ambiguity. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

The GameOn experience aims to transition skills and insights from sport and lived experience to the corporate setting. Throughout the 12-month long role, you will receive on-the-job experiences within our Purpose Business team and work with a variety of leaders to build the future of sport through accessible product offerings and beyond.

Examples of project work may include:

  • Work with Purpose Business leader to operationalize the FY25-27 Purpose Business Strategy

  • Integrate cross functional partners to help ensure alignment across all key stakeholders in the end to end process. Drive integrated business alignment.

  • Own Purpose Business information (from sell in to sell thru) across multiple seasons and each financial year within the 12-month role.

  • Champion purpose within the organization and create awareness/ education of the right way to build purpose product

This is a 12-month experience with relocation assistance. This experience – as well as full-time positions – are located in-person at the NIKE, Inc. WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrable experience, education and training.

  • Project management experience

  • Passion for product

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Empathy and understanding of the challenges of our purpose product consumers.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong team integration abilities.

  • Strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Proficient or an Expert in Keynote
