WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst in North America Nike Marketplace Partners (NMP) Finance to support the COE team’s in-year forecast management/operations.

You should be a trail blazer; not shying away from creating something new to continue to strive for progress! You should have a passion for process improvement, an ability to build deep relationships with business partners, and a drive to understand how things work.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will support the North America Nike Marketplace Partners (NMP) in-year financial forecasting process; enhancing current reporting capabilities, aligning on best practices and new ways of working utilizing new planning and actuals tool sets (Anaplan/Voyager/COGNOS), and creating the future of forecasting through a constant drive for process improvement and desire to seek efficiencies and simplification.

You will learn and understand NMP operations; constantly evaluating risk or opportunities that our operational performance has on the plan. You will be responsible for performing an assessment on landing the plan and incorporate all internal and cross functional updates into that work.

You will partner cross functionally across Controlling, MPO, EBP and S&IP to gain insights on impacts and enablers to the NMP plan.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the North America Marketplace Partners COE Finance Director and support the Finance Managers within the COE, partnering with cross-functional teams across Enterprise Business Planning, Sales & Inventory Planning, Controlling and Marketplace Operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training.

  • Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel

  • Experience in a Fortune 500 consumer products, management consulting, or other multi-national firm is preferred

  • Knowledge of wholesale distribution channels and related financial planning/management activities is preferred

  • Self-starter that anticipates problems, identifies opportunities and provides creative solutions through operational improvements around process and execution

  • Enthusiastic about working in a multifaceted business along with the passion and energy to drive results

  • Team player with a positive attitude, open to learning other areas of the business and sharing team responsibilities
