Nike Senior Product Line Manager - Global Jordan Energy Apparel in Beaverton, Oregon

This role is a part of the Global Product Line Management team, which is responsible for driving the product creation vision, strategy, and execution of the Jordan Energy Apparel vision. Specifically, the Energy team focuses on partnering with external collaboration partners to create seasonal collections as well as non collaboration collections. The ownership of this team includes translating partner & consumer insights into concrete product briefs and partnering with key partners across design, technical development to bring this product to life. In addition, this role works closely with merchandising, marketing and marketplace partners.

For Jordan Brand, everything begins and ends with the consumer. The Product Management team understands our consumer, product trends, marketplace opportunities and is an industry leader in crafting the right product to serve consumers and grow the business specifically in the streetwear space.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate has an outstanding streetwear, fashion, & trend acuity and obsession of the consumer, globally. They have an astute passion for apparel, effective verbal/written communication skills, ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, & excellent attention to details/deadlines Additionally, the candidate needs to understand the world of Fashion + Streetwear be able to succeed in an extremely x-functional setting and ideally have experience in external partner creation.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you'll obsess over the needs of the consumer, advised by deep consumer insights, building and implementing the line plan for the product line that supports the category’s seasonal strategies and delivers growth. You'll work closely with the design and development team handling resources to implement the seasonal product strategies, assortments and business needs. You will create compelling briefs and storytelling for our consumers with your strong product knowledge and deep product experience. You'll drive clarity for the product team even through moments of ambiguity through effective seeking of information and effective communication.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work closely with your Product Management team and cross-functional teammates in Global Design, Product Development, Product Merchandising, Consumer Insights, Finance, Marketplace Planning, Brand Marketing, Entertainment Marketing and Innovation.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination education, experience or training

  • 3-5 years of experience in apparel product-related role

  • Multi-season planning experience

  • Apparel and Sneaker culture obsessed is a plus

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Business orientation, analytical proficiency and retail math experience

  • Possess global to local insights with a solution driven, growth mentality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitating meetings and presentations with a high degree of integrity.

  • Strong presentation skills and experience presenting in front of large groups of people

  • Ability to effectively communicate concepts and opportunities to a functionally diverse and wide audience

  • Ability to travel domestic and internationally travel 15% of the time
