LogixHealth Analyst Manager, Integration Services in Bedford, Massachusetts

Purpose

Understand, create and own the integration activities between our internal systems and the external network. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Over see the day-to-day operations of the Integration Analysts and Integration Specialists

  • Over see new client implementations and migrations

  • Understand and document existing interfaces capturing the interface workflow and technical details

  • Create and/or modify existing interfaces  

  • Monitor existing interfaces and support troubleshooting and addressing any problems identified

  • Coordinate interface requirements with stakeholders

  • Provide QA on modified or existing interfaces

  • Work with clients on any inbound/outbound changes around data feeds

  • Provide client with connection information as requested

  • Review, maintain and resolve assigned Integrator Work Queues

  • Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program inclusive of HIPAA Privacy and Security

  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this position

  • Ensure departmental employees follow the Code of Conduct, compliance policies and procedures

  • Administer the appropriate sanction when an employee violates a compliance policy or procedure

    Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience

    3+ years of experience in designing, implementing and testing interfaces in a Healthcare domain.   Previous managerial experience strongly preferred.

    Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability

  • Working knowledge of HL7 v2 standards

  • Overall experience in healthcare operations, medical billing and coding 

  • Good communication skills to interact with clients

  • Good SQL Server understanding SQL experience

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, use hands, talk, hear and occasionally walk and reach with hands or arms
