Sanitation Laborer

No experience necessary,

Must be 18 years or older and have an insurable driving record.

  The Village of Bellaire is currently seeking to hire a Sanitation Laborer to work part-time, up to 39 hours per week. This position will be responsible for collecting and removing both solid and liquid waste to dispose of it in a safe effective and environmentally friendly way. Punctuality and reliability a must.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Visit numerous residential and commercial locations to collect liquid and solid waste for removal.
• Transport and dispose of waste in a safe, effective and environmentally friendly manner.
• Operate garbage truck.
• Clear debris from roadways.
• Mow grass.

• Other duties as assigned.
